What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3PM. Guaranteed early check-in may be available for an additional fee by contacting the hotel in advance. Minimum check-in age for guests is 21 years old. 

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11AM. Guests may request late check-out by contacting the hotel in advance. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by rate type. To determine the cancellation policy associated with your reservation, please read the terms on your reservation confirmation email or contact the hotel for further details.

Do you allow smoking on the property?

Meadowbrook Inn is a completely non-smoking property. We do not permit smoking in our guest rooms or indoor public spaces. Smoking is only permitted in some outdoor spaces.  

Do you have accessible rooms?

We have two (2) accessible rooms. If you require an accessible room, please include such a request in the comments section of the reservation or contact the hotel prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What parking options are available at the hotel?

Meadowbrook Inn offers a complimentary self-parking lot that is accessible by both cars and buses.  

Do you offer high-speed internet access on the property?

We offer complimentary wireless internet access in all guest rooms and public areas.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You will need to contact a representative from the website in which you booked your reservation.

Do you permit pets on the property?

At Meadowbrook Inn, we know how important your pets are to you and your family! Our hotel features a limited number of pet friendly rooms that can only be reserved in advance by calling the hotel directly. Pets must be on leashes at all times and may not be left unattended in rooms unless crated.   Additional terms and conditions may apply.  Pet-friendly rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Does Meadowbrook Inn have an on-site restaurant or bar?

We provide a complimentary daily hot breakfast to guests, and offer a variety of wine and beers (including some local craft beers) for purchase at our Front Desk.  For a broader range of dining options, we are located within a block of Downtown Blowing Rock's many popular bars and restaurants.  For more information, please click here.

How far is the Annex building from the main building?

The Annex is approximately 100 feet from the Main Building.

What are the key differences between your room types?

All of our rooms feature interior entrances. The majority of the rooms in our main building feature two queen beds. We have a small number of these rooms that adjoin on the first floor. Also in the main building are Select and VIP Suites. These rooms each feature a bedroom with a king size four poster bed, a separate room with a sitting area, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a large bathroom. The VIP suites also feature an air massage hydrotherapy tub and fireplace.

Our Deluxe King Rooms, Executive Suites, Pool Suites, and Two Bedroom Suite are located in the Annex Building. All of the Annex rooms feature fireplaces, microwaves, refrigerators, sofas, and either a small sun room or open air balcony. The Deluxe King rooms are one large space and have oversized bathrooms with air massage hydrotherapy tubs. The Suites have separate sitting rooms that can be closed off from the bedroom.  Our Pool Suites and Executive Suites feature whirlpool tubs.
